🧾 Consent & Acknowledgment Terms

By purchasing a ticket to this workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that while all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, Sakura Oda and ABC sitters cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen incidents, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the workshop.

2. Medical Consent

In the event of an emergency, I authorise the ABC sitters workshop staff to administer basic first aid and, if necessary, seek emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

3. Staff-to-Child Ratio

I understand that the workshop will maintain a minimum educator-to-child ratio of 1:10, in line with NSW guidelines for children aged 5–10 years, to ensure appropriate supervision and support during all activities.

4. Workshop Activities

I understand that the workshop includes hands-on experiences such as:

• Sushi making

• Matcha whisking

• Anflower cupcake decorating using sweet white bean paste
  A short break will be provided. I will ensure my child brings a water bottle and any additional personal needs.

5. Allergy & Health Considerations

I confirm that I have provided accurate and up-to-date information regarding my child’s allergies, dietary needs, or medical conditions at the time of booking. I understand it is my responsibility to inform ABC sitters of any changes prior to the workshop date.
