Article 1 (Overview)
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions for the purchase of products and participation in workshops provided by ABC sitters (“the Company”). By purchasing our products or booking our workshops, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Article 2 (Product Sales & Personalisation)

Custom Orders: For personalised products (e.g., Keepsakes), customers must provide accurate information and high quality images via our designated forms.

Order Completion: Your order is not considered "Active" until all required personalisation data and photos are submitted. The Company is not responsible for production delays caused by missing or late information from the customer.

Digital Proofs: We will provide a digital proof for your approval. Once approved by the customer, no further changes can be made, and the product will proceed to production.
Article 3 (Product Safety & Disclaimer) — NEW

Supplementary Tool: The ABC Sitter's Safety Tag (and related safety products) is designed as a supplementary tool to support childcare safety. It is NOT a life saving device and does not guarantee the prevention of accidents.

No Substitute for Supervision: Our products are NOT a substitute for active, competent adult supervision. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or caregiver to ensure the safety of the child at all times.

User Responsibility: Users must inspect the product for any damage or wear and tear before each use. Do not use the product if it appears damaged.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC sitters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to injury or loss, arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
Article 4 (Workshops)

Bookings: Participation in workshops is subject to availability and completion of the booking process.

Safety in Workshops: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, participants (and their guardians) are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during the session.
Article 5 (Returns & Refunds)

Personalised Goods: Due to the custom nature of our products (personalised names, photos, etc.), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once production has started.

Defective Goods: If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at abcsitters2023@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt with photos of the defect for a replacement or refund.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All designs, text, images, and 3D models related to our products and website are the intellectual property of ABC sitters. Users may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Article 7 (Modification of Terms)
The Company may change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Article 8 (Governing Law)
Your use of our services and any purchase made shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
