Please note that digital download items and customised products made individually for each customer are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly ensure you are happy with your order before purchasing.
 

For affirmation cards:
If you are not delighted with your online order for any reason, you may return the items in their original condition, along with the original invoice, within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish to return the item.
Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs. For exchanges, postage costs for the replacement item(s) must be covered by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [abcsitters2023@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or provide a resolution.
