Gluten & Sugar Free sticky dates cake recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 10 Medjool dates (I got mine from Aldi – so much cheaper than other stores!)

  • 1 small banana

  • 160g rice flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup warm milk (240grams)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • Walnuts (as much as you like)

  • Cinnamon powder (optional)



Instructions:

  1. Peel the dates.

  2. Blend the dates, banana, and warm milk until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the rice flour, eggs, and baking powder. Mix well.

  4. Add some walnuts and cinnamon for extra flavour.

  5. Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan and bake at 200℃ for 30–40 minutes.

  6. Let it cool down, slice, and enjoy!
