Gluten & Sugar Free sticky dates cake recipe!

Ingredients:
10 Medjool dates (I got mine from Aldi – so much cheaper than other stores!)
1 small banana
160g rice flour
2 eggs
1 cup warm milk (240grams)
1 tbsp baking powder
Walnuts (as much as you like)
Cinnamon powder (optional)
Instructions:
Peel the dates.
Blend the dates, banana, and warm milk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the rice flour, eggs, and baking powder. Mix well.
Add some walnuts and cinnamon for extra flavour.
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan and bake at 200℃ for 30–40 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice, and enjoy!
